Contractors can purchase the complete set of competitive bidding documents for a non-refundable fee of VND 1,000,000 ( One million Vietnamese Dong) .
The period for selling competitive bidding documents is from 8:00 AM on November 21 , 2024 until the bid closing date.
Bidding documents must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of VND 100,000,000 (One hundred million Vietnamese Dong) payable in cash or as an irrevocable bank guarantee or debt-excess guarantee, and submitted to TNG Land Joint Stock Company before the bidding deadline.
The deadline for submitting bids (no more bids will be accepted) is 2:30 PM on November 29 , 2024 .
The bid documents were opened publicly at 3:00 PM on November 29, 2024 , in the meeting room of TNG Land Joint Stock Company’s office at Son Cam I Industrial Cluster – Dong Xe Hamlet – Son Cam Commune – Thai Nguyen City – Thai Nguyen Province.
