Job Description
- Develop, implement, and supervise HR policies and procedures (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, etc.).
- Develop salary scales, payroll policies, bonus schemes, and Internal Labor Regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and propose appropriate welfare policies.
- Advise the Management Board on organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Lead and manage recruitment activities.
- Oversee personnel records, labor contracts, social insurance, and employee benefits.
- Handle social insurance registration adjustments (increase/decrease) and process employee benefits payments.
- Resolve employee-related issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage company assets, equipment, office supplies, uniforms, etc.
- Organize and supervise administrative activities such as logistics, reception, cleaning, and security services.
- Handle legal procedures related to the company, including licenses, official correspondence, and documentation with government authorities.
- Organize internal activities such as company events and employee engagement programs.
- Organize the General Meeting of Shareholders; carry out business registration procedures and changes to enterprise registration.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Company Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR management position; strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, HR practices, administrative management, and relevant legal regulations.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, evaluation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent soft skills: communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and teamwork.
