Job Description
- Manage land administration and carry out compensation, site clearance (GPMB), indemnification, and resettlement support for the Company’s projects.
- Coordinate with relevant units in conducting asset inventory and valuation; prepare land recovery plans for appraisal and approval.
- Coordinate in preparing land allocation maps and implementing procedures for land allocation and land lease.
- Engage with and communicate policies to local residents; explain regulations on compensation, support, and site clearance in accordance with the law.
- Prepare compensation dossiers, support plans, and resettlement plans.
- Monitor site clearance progress and prepare periodic reports.
- Participate in resolving issues and complaints from residents related to land, assets, and compensation prices.
- Manage and maintain land-related records and documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Company Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Land Administration, Environmental Management, Urban Planning, Construction, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in land management and site clearance compensation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of land management laws, compensation, site clearance, indemnification, and resettlement policies.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; strong ability to work independently; training and guidance skills are an advantage.
