Job Description
- Participate in drafting, reviewing, and amending the Company’s Charter, internal regulations, and policies.
- Review and assess the legal validity of documents issued by the Company.
- Provide legal advice and support to the Members’ Council and the Company’s Management Board.
- Monitor, supervise, and evaluate compliance with laws, the Company’s Charter, internal rules, and regulations; assess employees’ legal awareness and compliance.
- Represent the Company in carrying out legal procedures related to complaints, disputes, and litigation.
- Update timely and accurately legal documents and policies relevant to the Company’s organization and business operations.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law. A practicing lawyer certificate is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs; preference given to candidates with experience in construction and real estate companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong skills in information gathering, analysis, and synthesis; honest and detail-oriented.
