Job Description
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to develop mid-term and long-term communication plans for projects.
- Work with consulting agencies to develop PR content outlines for project communication campaigns.
- Execute communication activities for company events and key activities.
- Coordinate with consultants to monitor and optimize project marketing campaigns.
- Compile and monitor PR-Marketing contracts under management; propose cooperation with media agencies; control related budgets.
- Liaise with press and media agencies to invite them to cover company/project activities; handle media inquiries.
- Coordinate with press agencies to promote projects through mass media channels.
- Manage and archive documents; prepare reports on marketing and public relations activities.
- Regularly monitor media channels to promptly detect and handle misleading or negative information affecting the company’s reputation and position.
- Act as the focal point for organizing and implementing crisis communication activities to minimize reputational and brand damage.
- Draft or review PR articles in line with approved communication and marketing campaigns.
- Organize production of communication materials such as TVCs, corporate videos, project status videos, project progress videos, etc.
- Develop content and design communication and printed materials (sales kits, brochures, leaflets, backdrops, standees, PowerPoint presentations, etc.); prepare materials for events and programs.
- Develop content, manage, and maintain the company’s and projects’ communication channels, including website and fanpage.
- Draft press releases for press conferences and events.
- Support tasks related to the Sales & Marketing Department.
