Job Description

• Participate in planning, implementing, and managing real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct real estate market research, analyze trends, and evaluate project potential.
• Manage project risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential issues that may impact project performance.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring all activities are executed according to plan.
• Prepare project-related reports and documentation and present them to management.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards throughout project implementation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate project management or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Investment Law and project management regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of project management and investment planning.
• Solid understanding of the real estate development process, from planning and design to construction and handover.
• Strong planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project-related documents.
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, ArchGIS Earth, Htran, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
