Job Description
- Participate in planning, implementing, and managing real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct real estate market research, analyze trends, and evaluate project potential.
- Manage project risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential issues that may impact project performance.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring all activities are executed according to plan.
- Prepare project-related reports and documentation and present them to management.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards throughout project implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate project management or related areas.
- Strong understanding of Investment Law and project management regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and investment planning.
- Solid understanding of the real estate development process, from planning and design to construction and handover.
- Strong planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project-related documents.
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, ArchGIS Earth, Htran, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
