Job Description
- Search for and advise clients who have demand for buying or leasing real estate products, including apartments, villas, townhouses, shophouses, land plots, social housing, and rental apartments.
- Proactively conduct online (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo) and offline marketing activities to support sales development.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Research and stay updated on market information, trends, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve overall sales targets; professionally introduce products and promote the Company’s image to clients and partners.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales/Consulting (sales, advisory, brokerage) in general.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
- Strong interest in the real estate sector, especially luxury products and high-end clientele.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and financial products is an advantage.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and persuasion skills; good teamwork ability; able to work under high pressure.
- Positive attitude, dynamic, persistent, and hardworking.
