February 23, 2026 – TNG Land Joint Stock Company (“TNG Land”) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project on Viet Bac Street, Tich Luong Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The project opens up sustainable housing opportunities for workers, gradually addressing housing challenges amid Thai Nguyen’s rapid urbanization.

TNG Viet Bac is located in an area with convenient transport infrastructure, providing connectivity to the provincial administrative center, educational and healthcare institutions, as well as industrial parks and clusters in the region. The location is considered aligned with Thai Nguyen Province’s current urban development and population distribution strategy.

The project is developed on a total area of 1.89 hectares, comprising two 22-story apartment buildings and 26 adjacent commercial townhouses, delivering 1,029 units to accommodate approximately 2,400 residents. Apartment sizes range from 30 to 72 square meters, designed to optimize functionality and suit workers’ financial capacity while ensuring construction quality, safety standards, and essential amenities. The project is comprehensively invested in technical and social infrastructure, including community spaces, a kindergarten, basement parking, green areas, and landscaped surroundings.

The total investment capital is approximately VND 1,230 billion. The project is expected to be eligible for the sale of off-plan units starting from the third quarter of 2026. The implementation of the TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project aims to supplement the supply of social housing in the province, contributing to meeting housing demand for workers amid ongoing urbanization and industrial development in Thai Nguyen.

Notably, the project is implemented under Thai Nguyen Province’s “green lane” mechanism for social housing projects. This mechanism enhances coordination among provincial departments and agencies, shortens administrative processing time, and facilitates prompt project implementation while ensuring full compliance with legal regulations.

Previously, TNG Land developed the Dai Thang Social Housing Project in Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The project has been completed and put into operation, forming a stable residential community and supplementing local housing supply. For TNG Land, social housing development is not a short-term choice but a long-term commitment to accompanying the locality and community.
