After more than 8 months since its market launch, the Homie City project, developed by TNG Land Joint Stock Company (TNG Land), recently officially handed over the first 15 townhouses to customers, affirming its reputation for progress, quality, and long-term commitment to residents.
Confirming progress and credibility.
In Pho Yen and Van Xuan wards (Thai Nguyen province), the Homie City project recently marked a significant milestone by officially handing over the first townhouses to customers, opening up a new phase of operation and forming a new residential community.
According to information from the developer, in this handover phase, Homie City has completed the procedures and handed over houses to 15 customers. To date, the project has sold approximately 60% of the total units, a positive result in the context of a challenging market.
The handover event took place in an urban area with completed infrastructure and integrated landscaping, with the participation of representatives from the investor, business development unit, partners, contractors, and a large number of customers.
Images of key handover, signing of handover documents, and customers directly inspecting the house clearly show the atmosphere of excitement, trust, and expectation of the future homeowners.
Homie City is envisioned not just as a simple housing project, but as a living space geared towards long-term stability, where residents can settle down with peace of mind and make sustainable investments.
On-time handover is a crucial step, laying the foundation for the project to continue completing subsequent phases, gradually forming a civilized residential community in the Pho Yen and Van Xuan areas.

Mr. Ha Van Giang, CEO of TNG Land, representing the investor, expressed his gratitude to customers for their trust and support of the project.
At the event, Mr. Ha Van Giang, CEO of TNG Land Joint Stock Company – representing the investor – stated that Homie City is a project that the company has dedicated significant effort to since the investment preparation phase. “The overarching goal of Homie City is to meet the genuine housing needs of the people, while simultaneously creating sustainable value for investors and contributing to the development of a modern and integrated urban space,” Mr. Giang emphasized.
According to TNG Land representatives, the project has been thoroughly researched in terms of overall planning, architecture, and technical infrastructure. Each component is implemented according to the criteria of optimizing functionality, ensuring construction quality, and maintaining landscape consistency.
The handover of the first homes not only marks a milestone in the project’s development but also demonstrates the developer’s commitment to progress, quality, and credibility with customers.
The investor also expressed gratitude for the trust of customers, the support of partners and contractors, and the efforts of the engineering and worker team throughout the construction process.
TNG Land expects Homie City to soon become a stable urban area, contributing to promoting sustainable urban development in accordance with the local planning orientation.
In the context of a real estate market gradually regaining its sustainable growth momentum, the handover of homes in well-planned projects, fulfilling commitments as promised, remains an important indicator reflecting the capabilities and reputation of the developer.
Customers trust

The developer’s representative hands over the keys to customer Do Quang Nguyen.
As one of the customers receiving their homes in this phase, Mr. Do Quang Nguyen (Hanoi) said that his decision to invest in Homie City stemmed from his belief in the development potential of the Pho Yen and Van Xuan areas in the future. “With the increasingly evident trend of urbanization and economic development, I expect the project to bring positive investment returns. After researching and inspecting the site, the construction quality basically meets the requirements, giving customers peace of mind,” Mr. Nguyen shared.
According to Mr. Nguyen, Homie City’s location is suitable for both residential and business needs, especially given that the Pho Yen and Van Xuan areas are becoming destinations for many large industrial zones, attracting a workforce and experts.
Sharing the same sentiment, Ms. Hoang Thi Dieu Huong (Hanoi) said that the reason for choosing Homie City was because the design suited her family’s living needs. “Compared to many products on the market, the design here is different, leaning towards a modern style with a well-planned space. The project is currently in the handover phase, and I will continue to inspect it carefully, but based on the commitments in the contract, I feel generally reassured. The price is also considered reasonable compared to the general market,” Ms. Huong said.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ha Van Lai, another customer, highly appreciated the project’s location and transportation connectivity. “The project is located near the expressway, making it convenient to travel to Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, or other northern provinces. At a price of over 5 billion VND, I consider it both an investment and a long-term residence. In reality, the construction is of high quality, and the landscaping is well-planned,” Mr. Lai commented.
In the next phase, the developer will continue to invest in a transportation system connecting Homie City with Ly Nam De Street and the urban center, thereby increasing the commercial value of the shophouses and mini-hotels.
The project also features integrated technical infrastructure with a 9-meter wide road, 5-meter wide sidewalks, and commercial properties with ground floor heights up to 6 meters, meeting diverse business needs.
In addition, Homie City benefits from a ready customer base from Dai Thang Urban Area with approximately 800-1,000 residents, creating a clear advantage for future service and commercial development.

Customers receive assistance with quick and efficient administrative procedures.
In particular, the developer applies a flexible sales policy with quick procedures, including rental support of up to 200 million VND/unit, 0% interest loans for up to 20 months up to 70% of the property value, or payment schedule extensions of up to 180 days.
With the handover of the first homes, Homie City is gradually realizing its goal of building a modern, stable urban area where residential and investment values go hand in hand. This is also an important foundation for the project to continue attracting market attention in the future.
