TNG Land Joint Stock Company is pleased to announce information regarding the TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project in Tich Luong Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, in accordance with Decision No. 2556/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2025, of the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen Province approving the investment policy.
The project is a social housing apartment complex with approximately 1,029 units , featuring integrated infrastructure and amenities. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026 , aiming to meet the housing needs of eligible individuals as stipulated by social housing laws.
