On November 21st, TNG Land Joint Stock Company (TNG Land) held a handover ceremony for social housing units at the 18-story apartment building in Dai Thang Residential Area (Homie City), Van Xuan Ward. This is one of the social housing projects completed on schedule, contributing to meeting the housing needs of workers in the area.

The building comprises 361 apartments, ranging in size from 26.7 to 70 m², with 1 to 3 bedrooms, providing stable housing for approximately 800 residents, mainly workers, low-income laborers, and young families. Construction began in April 2024, and the project is considered a highlight in the development of social housing in Thai Nguyen province, contributing to the goal of completing over 1,000 social housing units in 2025 and supporting the government’s program of 1 million social housing units for the period 2021-2030.

According to a representative from TNG Land, despite being a social housing project, the construction is still invested with standards equivalent to commercial housing, ensuring quality, synchronized infrastructure, and strict adherence to construction safety requirements. The company also affirmed that the entire process of review, signing, and handover of apartments is transparent, legal, and supervised by relevant authorities.

At the ceremony, representatives of the investor presented flowers and handed over apartments to the first 12 families receiving their homes; they also presented commemorative plaques to 25 contractors who made significant contributions to the construction and completion of the project.

Also at the event, TNG Land urged residents to strictly adhere to legal regulations and signed contracts to ensure their rights. The company committed to continuing to support Homie City residents through operation, warranty, and maintenance services, contributing to building a civilized, safe, and sustainable living environment in the new social housing area.
