TNG LAND’S SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT HONORED AS A LIVABLE PROJECT 2025

On the morning of December 25th, TNG Land was honored in the “Most Livable Project 2025” category for the Dai Thang Residential Area social housing project at the “Real Estate Market in the New Era” program organized by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry.

The title “Most Livable Project 2025” is vivid evidence of TNG Land’s real estate development philosophy: building urban areas, enhancing the quality of life, and creating sustainable value for the community.

The Dai Thang Social Housing Project has been honored as the most livable project of 2025.

At the event, the Business Forum Magazine and VCCI awarded the “Most Livable Project 2025” certificate to reputable projects and investors based on the voting results of the evaluation council and readers. In 2025, the program particularly emphasized the following factors: infrastructure integration – safety – community – ecology – human values and the actual living experience of residents.
The fact that Homie City was highly appreciated and awarded by the judging panel, which includes leading experts in the fields of planning, architecture, environment, and real estate, is clear evidence of TNG Land’s correct development direction in the social housing segment – a field with profound social welfare significance.

In line with national strategy and local development

Homie City is located in Van Xuan and Pho Yen wards (formerly part of Pho Yen City) with an area of 11.08 hectares. Of this, the land allocated for social housing alone covers 8,432 square meters, comprising an 18-story apartment building with 361 units and 34 low-rise townhouses. This is a large-scale social housing complex, completed on schedule and a model project in Thai Nguyen province, with a total area of 8,432 m², a construction density of 47%, a land use coefficient of 3.5 times, and a comprehensively planned technical and social infrastructure.

The project is implemented in accordance with the National Housing Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045, and the Government’s plan to build at least 1 million social housing units in the period 2021–2030. The project also meets the housing development program of Thai Nguyen province – a locality with a rapid rate of industrialization and a large concentration of labor in major industrial zones such as Samsung, Yen Binh, and Diem Thuy.

Notably, Homie City has been selected by the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen province as the only social housing project to bear a plaque commemorating the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, affirming the pioneering role and widespread value of the project in shaping the local urban landscape.

Infrastructure and amenities exceed social housing standards.

Homie City won over the judging panel not with ostentatious amenities, but with its integrated and complete system-level design. The project was developed as a unified infrastructure – technical – amenity structure, ensuring safety, sustainability, and stable long-term operation. This systematic investment laid the foundation for a truly high quality of life, helping TNG Land affirm its position as the developer of a model “livable” social housing project in 2025.

Homie City boasts a “green” living environment with over 20% of its area dedicated to greenery, parks, and landscaping, notably including a stream-side park, walking paths, flower gardens, a pickleball court, a basketball court, and a children’s playground. The use of Low-E glass, heat-reflective paint, environmentally friendly materials, and energy-saving equipment contributes to improving the microclimate and moving towards a sustainable ecological urban model. From the outset, TNG Land has positioned this as a “model social housing” project, where residents’ quality of life is on par with modern commercial urban areas. The project is scientifically designed to optimize ventilation and natural light, aiming for energy savings and enhancing the quality of living space in each apartment.

A milestone affirming TNG Land’s vision.

The “Most Livable Project 2025” award is not only a source of pride for Homie City, but also a well-deserved recognition of TNG Land’s vision, implementation capabilities, and commitment to sustainable development. With this project, TNG Land not only delivers homes but also creates a safe, humane, ecological, and community-oriented living environment, contributing to shaping a new standard for social housing in Vietnam.

Mr. Ha Van Giang – CEO of TNG Land shared: “For TNG Land, ‘livable’ is not just a title but a guiding principle throughout our development strategy. We build social housing as an important component of our vision for sustainable urban development, where infrastructure, environment, and community are invested in synchronously to create sustainable value for society.”

Looking ahead, Homie City will continue to be a vivid testament to TNG Land’s development philosophy: real estate development is not just about building cities, but about enhancing the quality of life and creating sustainable value for the community.
