Notice of the results of verification of information of customer proposed to purchase social housing – phase 8 Dai Thang Esidential are project

On May 22, 2026, the Department of Construction of Thai Nguyen Province issued Official Letter No. 4056/SXD-QLN&HTKT regarding the verification of information of individuals proposed to purchase social housing at the Dai Thang Social Housing Project, Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province (Phase 8).

According to the verification results, TNG Land Joint Stock Company received 23 applications for purchasing social housing in Phase 8, including:

18 applications for apartment units
05 applications for low-rise townhouse units

Following the review process, the Department of Construction confirmed that all 23/23 applications meet the current eligibility requirements and belong to groups entitled to social housing policies, including:

Low-income individuals in urban areas
Workers and employees working at enterprises and cooperatives inside and outside industrial zones
Police officers and military personnel
Government officials and public employees

The list of customers preliminarily eligible to purchase social housing in Phase 8 has been reviewed and verified by the Department of Construction of Thai Nguyen Province in accordance with current legal regulations.

TNG Land will continue implementing the next procedures in compliance with regulations on social housing and will notify customers at the earliest opportunity.
