Notably, at the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards, TNG Land was the only real estate developer from Thai Nguyen Province to be recognized in the category of Top 10 Pioneering Social Housing Developers. This distinction reflects the company’s tangible contributions to the social housing sector while highlighting the growing role of local enterprises in advancing sustainable urban development and social welfare objectives.

This recognition serves not only as a source of pride for TNG Land but also as an inspiration for the company to continue pursuing real estate projects that deliver genuine value, meet the housing needs of the community, and contribute to the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen Province.

Launched in August 2025, the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards underwent more than nine months of rigorous evaluation through a transparent, scientific, and impartial assessment process. According to the Organizing Committee, this year’s submissions demonstrated a marked improvement in quality, with many developers placing greater emphasis not only on project execution capabilities but also on operational excellence, living environments, community value, green initiatives, and sustainable development strategies.

As Vietnam’s real estate market enters a period of restructuring, with increasing demands for quality, transparency, and social responsibility, the social housing segment has emerged as one of the sector’s most dynamic areas of growth. Since 2025, more than 100 projects comprising approximately 600,000 apartments have been launched nationwide under the Government’s program to develop one million social housing units, helping address the housing needs of low-income households, workers, and laborers across the country.
