The Thai Nguyen Department of Construction has just issued document No. 3119/SXD-QLN&PTĐT, announcing that the social housing project – Dai Thang residential area, invested by TNG Land Joint Stock Company, meets the conditions for putting future real estate into business.

According to a document from the Thai Nguyen Department of Construction, the Dai Thang Social Housing Project is being built on a total land area of 8,432 square meters. The construction scale includes one 18-story social housing apartment building with 361 apartments and 34 low-rise social housing townhouses.
The high-rise social housing building has completed the concrete slab for the 6th floor and is currently constructing the columns and walls for the 7th floor, with the 7th floor slab expected to be poured on October 13th. The investor has set a progress rate of 7 days per floor. For the low-rise social housing townhouses, the 2nd floor slabs of 34 units have been completed, and construction of the columns, walls, and roof of the 2nd floor is underway. The 34 townhouses are expected to be topped out in the first week of November. Regarding technical infrastructure, land leveling, traffic routes, and drainage systems, over 65% has been completed. These apartments are expected to be handed over to customers in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The document from the Thai Nguyen Department of Construction confirms that the social housing apartments in Dai Thang Residential Area, developed by TNG Land Joint Stock Company, comply with the regulations on the conditions for future real estate projects to be put into business as stipulated in Article 24 of the Law on Real Estate Business.

The fact that nearly 400 social housing units in the Dai Thang residential area are eligible for sale is a positive sign for the real estate market in Pho Yen City. In recent years, the demand for housing for workers in the industrial zones here has been increasing, while the implementation of some investment and construction projects has been slow, facing many difficulties, and has not met the practical needs.
