On July 27, 2026, the Department of Construction of Thai Nguyen Province issued Document No. 6682/SXD-QLN&HTKT, announcing that Tower 01 of the TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project has been certified as eligible for sale and lease purchase of off-plan residential units in accordance with the Law on Real Estate Business.
This marks a significant milestone, confirming that the project has fully satisfied all legal requirements prior to bringing its products to the market. It also demonstrates the project’s transparency and strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
