On the morning of August 9, 2026, in La Bang Commune, Thai Nguyen Province, TNG Land Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Residential Area No. 2 Project in Tien Hoi Commune, commercially known as Homie Spring. The event was attended by leaders of Thai Nguyen Province, representatives of provincial departments and agencies, local authorities of La Bang Commune, as well as numerous partners, contractors, press agencies, and local residents.
Homie Spring covers a total area of 19.28 hectares and is planned as three interconnected functional zones, harmoniously integrated with the Cong River and existing residential areas. The project comprises 508 adjoining land lots, with an estimated population of approximately 2,600 people and a total investment of VND 373 billion.

According to the detailed master plan, residential land accounts for 34.31% of the total area, while technical infrastructure land accounts for 34.05%. The remaining area comprises green spaces and sports facilities (26.67%), a public square, public facilities, and other functional areas. With synchronized technical and social infrastructure, as well as a centralized Light Park at the heart of the development, Homie Spring is envisioned as a modern, green, and sustainable living environment. Notably, TNG Land aims to develop Homie Spring in line with the standards of a Lotus Green Urban Development, certified by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC).

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Ha Van Giang, Executive Director of TNG Land Joint Stock Company, emphasized that Homie Spring marks a new milestone in the company’s development journey. After four years of establishment and development, TNG Land’s equity has now reached nearly VND 1 trillion and is expected to increase to VND 2 trillion by 2027. The continued development of Homie Spring represents an important step in the company’s strategy to expand its real estate development activities in Thai Nguyen. TNG Land is committed to mobilizing its resources to the fullest extent to develop Homie Spring with the highest level of responsibility, ensuring safety, quality, and timely implementation, while strictly complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Homie Spring is expected to become a new highlight of urban development along the Cong River, contributing to improved living spaces, the creation of a civilized, connected residential community, and the transformation of the emerging urban landscape of La Bang Commune. As Thai Nguyen accelerates infrastructure development and expands its urban areas, the development of well-planned residential projects is expected to help improve residents’ quality of life, optimize the use of land resources, and create greater capacity to attract investment.
