On the morning of August 19, 2026, TNG Land Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Residential Area No. 1 Project in Luong Phu Commune, commercially known as Homie Parkia, located in Kha Son Commune, Thai Nguyen Province.
Homie Parkia is one of two projects breaking ground in the province to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2026) and Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2026), marking the beginning of a new living environment in the southern area of Thai Nguyen Province.
Located in Kha Son Commune, Thai Nguyen Province, Homie Parkia covers a total area of more than 21.22 hectares, with an estimated population of approximately 2,500 people. The project features a comprehensive master plan, with more than 36% of the land allocated to residential use and over 21% dedicated to green spaces and water surfaces, alongside well-integrated technical infrastructure and public facilities. It is a thoughtfully planned living environment where homes, transportation, amenities, and nature come together in harmony.

The project has an estimated total investment of VND 437 billion and is scheduled for implementation from Q3 2026 to Q2 2029. Upon completion, Homie Parkia will not only help create a green, modern, and sustainable living environment for local residents, but also contribute positively to TNG Land’s target of achieving VND 2 trillion in revenue by 2027.
