The social housing apartment building in Dai Thang residential area (commercial name: Homie Village urban area), with 18 floors and 361 apartments, has officially been topped out, marking an important milestone in the project’s construction progress and once again affirming the investor’s credibility with customers.

The Homie Village social housing apartment building officially topped out on January 10, 2025.

On the morning of January 10, 2025, TNG Land Joint Stock Company held the topping-out ceremony for the social housing apartment building at the Dai Thang Residential Area project site, Dong Tien Ward, Pho Yen City, with the participation of the company’s leadership and numerous partners and contractors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Linh – General Director of TNG Land Joint Stock Company said: “This is the first social housing project to be started in Pho Yen city, and the Homie Village social housing apartment building is currently the tallest building in Pho Yen city, expected to meet the housing needs of nearly 800 workers, including officials and employees working at agencies and factories in the area. With the efforts, coordination, and accelerated progress of the construction units, supervision consultants, design consultants, and the assistance of functional agencies of Thai Nguyen province and Pho Yen city, the Homie Village social housing apartment building has exceeded the construction schedule by 30 days and officially topped out today with a scale of 18 floors, 361 apartments, expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2025 with all the standards set.”

During the ceremony, the investor also highly appreciated and commended the project management board and contractors for their efforts in ensuring construction, safety, quality, and completion ahead of the overall project schedule.

The Dai Thang Residential Area Social Housing Project (commercial name: Homie Village Urban Area), invested by TNG Land Joint Stock Company, includes 361 social housing apartments and 34 low-rise, two-story social housing townhouses. Construction commenced on April 3, 2024, and is expected to be completed and handed over in the third quarter of 2025. The project has been granted a permit by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Department of Construction, certifying that it meets the conditions for future real estate development to be put into business, as per document No. 3119/SXD-QLN&PTĐT dated October 9, 2024. Currently, the investor is accepting applications for apartment purchases from customers.

Currently, construction progress on the Homie Village social housing project is proceeding at a high intensity. Immediately after the topping-out ceremony, the investor will continue to accelerate other construction items to complete the apartment building and hand it over to customers in the third quarter of 2025. The project is considered a place that “ignites dreams” of a comfortable home in an elite community with complete infrastructure and amenities.
