TNG Land and Kha Son Commune People’s Committee Sign Contract for Luong Phu Residential Area No.1 Development Project

On the afternoon of June 18, Kha Son Commune People’s Committee and TNG Land Joint Stock Company held a signing ceremony for the contract to implement the Luong Phu Residential Area No.1 Development Project (now located in Kha Son Commune), marking a significant milestone as the project enters the investment and construction phase in accordance with the approved master plan.

The ceremony was attended by leaders of Kha Son Commune, representatives of local government departments and agencies, and executives of TNG Land Joint Stock Company.

During the event, representatives of Kha Son Commune People’s Committee and TNG Land officially signed the project implementation contract. Speaking at the ceremony, local leaders emphasized the importance of the Luong Phu Residential Area No.1 Development Project (now Kha Son Commune) to the area’s urban development and infrastructure expansion strategy.

They also expressed confidence that, with the investor’s proven capabilities and experience, together with the close coordination of relevant authorities, the project will be implemented on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Once completed, the development is expected to contribute to a modern urban landscape, meet local housing demand, and create new momentum for socio-economic growth in the locality.

The Luong Phu Residential Area No.1 Development Project (now located in Kha Son Commune) is planned on a site area of more than 21.22 hectares, with an estimated population of approximately 2,500 residents. The project is designed to develop a modern residential community featuring synchronized technical and social infrastructure.

The project has a total investment of more than VND 437 billion, including approximately VND 259 billion for project implementation and nearly VND 178 billion allocated for land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement activities.

The implementation period is scheduled from Q3 2026 to Q2 2029, reflecting TNG Land’s commitment to delivering a well-planned, high-quality residential development that contributes to the urbanization process and socio-economic development of Kha Son Commune and the wider Thai Nguyen area.

Benefiting from a strategic location, the project is situated approximately 1 kilometer from the center of Kha Son Commune, in close proximity to the Luong Phu – Tan Duc Industrial Cluster and TNG Phu Binh Garment Factory. The site also enjoys direct connectivity to District Road DH46 and other key transportation routes within the region, providing convenient access for residents and businesses alike.

According to the approved 1/500 detailed master plan, the project will feature a well-organized residential area complemented by a comprehensive system of public amenities and social infrastructure. In addition to residential land plots, the development allocates dedicated areas for public facilities, green spaces, water features, educational facilities, community cultural centers, and a wastewater treatment system, contributing to the creation of a modern, sustainable, and livable community.

Once completed, the project is expected to enhance local urban development, improve living standards for residents, and support the socio-economic growth of Kha Son Commune and neighboring areas.

Earlier, on February 5, 2026, the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen Province issued Decision No. 219/QD-UBND, approving the investment policy for the Luong Phu Residential Area No.1 Development Project. Subsequently, on May 29, 2026, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1569/QD-UBND, approving the investor selection results, under which TNG Land Joint Stock Company was officially appointed as the project investor.

Representatives of TNG Land reaffirmed the company’s commitment to mobilizing its full financial capacity, human resources, and project management expertise to ensure the development is implemented in accordance with the approved planning framework, delivered on schedule, and compliant with all applicable legal requirements and quality standards.

Upon completion, the project is expected to become a new urban landmark in the area, contributing to infrastructure development, enhancing residents’ quality of life, and creating fresh momentum for the socio-economic growth of Kha Son Commune and the wider region.
